The tHE Bat series batteries feature lithium iron phosphate (LiFeP04) cells, which are considered to be very safe and cycle-resistant. Thanks to the use of the latest generation of LiFePO4 battery cells, charging is possible even at temperatures as low as -10\u00b0C without preset charging current reduction!
In addition, the battery is protected against overcurrent, overcharging, deep discharge, reverse polarity and overtemperature by an integrated analogue BMS.<\/p>\n

The lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) residential battery is one of the safest on the market. High safety means, above all, that they have high thermal and chemical stability and are non-flammable and non-explosive (among other things). Other advantages of lithium technology include low weight, high charging and discharging currents, low self-discharge, a high number of discharge cycles and a comparatively high capacity for the same space requirement compared to conventional storage batteries. And last but not least: LiFePO4 batteries do not contain any heavy metals that are harmful to the environment or health.<\/span><\/p>\n
