Make your “old” SAT system future-proof<\/h3>\n

Many years ago you had a ten Haaft plant built and you are satisfied with it. Everything works and you don’t really see any need to change this state.
But technology has developed rapidly and we would like to show you what options are available to make your satellite system more user-friendly and future-proof.<\/p>\n

Problem definition<\/h3>\n

The problems often show up on vacation when there is no technician available far and wide. The satellite operators have installed new search frequencies and your satellite system immediately needs a software update so that it continues to find the satellite and you can watch TV undisturbed.<\/p>\n

Of course, we always have the latest software stored on our Internet site for download.
On https:\/\/ten-haaft.com\/updates\/ <\/a>you will find current and useful information about your plant software. If you now have an Internet connection, laptop, SD card or USB stick available at the campsite or pitch, there is almost nothing standing in the way of an update. In the rarest cases one has however so an office-similar equipment with it.<\/p>\n

By retrofitting your satellite system with a new control unit, you have the opportunity to benefit from the many advantages of app operation, via cell phone \/ smartphone updates your system software virtually by itself.<\/p>\n

We have described which control unit is suitable for your plant from page 6<\/a> onwards.<\/h3>\n

All ten Haaft mobile satellite systems can be operated in a particularly user-friendly way with the corresponding app. All functions such as retracting and extending or stopping the antenna are available here, as well as the possibility to easily adjust countless settings with your smartphone, retrieve information or read out possible error messages.<\/p>\n

A significant advantage of this ten Haaft\u00ae app is the automatic update function of the system software. If technical changes are made to the systems, you will automatically receive a notification on your smartphone and can independently upload the update to the control unit of the satellite system via WLAN. This guarantees trouble-free and uninterrupted TV enjoyment even when you’re on the move.<\/p>\n

In addition to many other menu items, two areas are particularly practical helpers: Under “Info”, you can read out important data such as the vehicle voltage that is present at the Vision Control Center or the Command Unit. If this is not sufficient, the system will not work and the source of the error is identified at a glance. If you do not find what you are looking for here, you can obtain the relevant information under the menu item “Error messages” and contact ten Haaft’s technical customer service department with the data you have read out. Based on the error code, your expert contact will usually be able to find a solution quickly so that you can get back to watching your favorite shows without any delays. With a satellite system from ten Haaft you are always UP to Date.<\/p>\n

The premium control concept – simple and convenient operation<\/h3>\n

The ten Haaft premium control concept offers a very special advantage. It allows you to operate the ten Haaft satellite system and the Oyster\u00ae TV set with just one remote control.<\/p>\n

Many customers appreciate this possibility, because at the push of a button you get your favorite channel, the fully automatic satellite search is done by your satellite system.<\/p>\n

Prerequisite is that you upgrade your “old” satellite system with Vision Control Center or Command Unit and integrate an Oyster\u00ae TV into the system. (All “foreign” TV’s cannot be integrated).<\/p>\n
