To coincide with the Caravan Salon, ten Haaft is finally expanding its tHEnergy range to include the much-in-demand solar charge controllers. ten Haaft is offering two models: the Sun Control SUNCTRL 250/30 and the Sun Control SUNCTRL 350/65.

Both control the charging current from solar modules and protect the battery from overcharging. The charge controllers are compatible with AGM, wet cell, gel and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, thereby offering a flexible solution for a wide range of solar systems and combining highly efficient solar charging with comprehensive battery protection.
The Sun Control SUNCTRL 250/30 and the Sun Control SUNCTRL 350/65 feature a fanless design, meaning they produce no disruptive noise during solar charging. The compact housings require little space and are ideally suited to a wide variety of installation situations.
With the 20A version (SUNCTRL 350/65), the MPPT solar charge controller’s spring-loaded terminals allow it to be connected directly to the connecting cables, without the need for additional cable lugs.
The main charging output uses an IU1oU2 charging characteristic curve in each case, ensuring optimal charging. Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth function, the system can be conveniently monitored and configured via the Solar Pro app.
